Possui graduação em Engenharia Eletrônica pelo ITA - Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1989), mestrado em Electrical & Computer Engineering - Nagoya Institute of Technology (1993), Japão e doutorado em Electrical & Computer Engineering - Nagoya Institute of Technology (1996), Japão. Atualmente é socio diretor da NEIT, consultoria em ciência de dados e modelagem via aprendizado de máquina. Tem experiência acadêmica na área de Ciência da Computação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: sistemas de informação e inteligência artificial. Tem experiencia profissional em marketing, vendas e TI&operações.
